Patient resources

Before, during and after your visit.

Check in online from the confirmation text we send you — it saves the front-desk step. Bring a photo ID, your insurance card, and a current list of medications (or a photo of the bottles). Plan to arrive 15 minutes early for clinic visits, 30 minutes for imaging.

Every hospital has staffed greeter desks and self-service kiosks — both take about two minutes. You'll get an ID band, and for hospital stays your care team introduces themselves within the first hour. Interpreters are available at no cost, 24/7, in 200+ languages.

Visiting hours are 8am–8pm, with ICU hours decided case by case with the care team. Rounds happen each morning between 8 and 10 — families are welcome to join. Free Wi-Fi throughout, and updates land in the portal as they happen.

Your visit summary posts to the portal within 24 hours. You'll receive one consolidated bill — never separate surprises from each department. Questions about a charge? Our billing advocates walk through it line by line: (800) 555-0165, Mon–Fri 8am–6pm.
